About this alpaca
Wild Card is a stunning brown male from one of our early stud males, Willem-Alexander, who is full brother to our SLF female Baarrooka Marilene who was awarded a broad ribbon at the National three years in a row – as a junior, Intermediate and Senior.
Wild Card’s fleece is very dense and has great locking and lustre.
He has performed very well in the show ring, including a number of Best Colour awards, and was Reserve Champion Senior Male at the 2012 National.
Because of the arrival of our new US males, Wild Card has only been used lightly so far. However, the results of his 2018 cria from Durango daughters have been so impressive that we are looking forward to using him more extensively over the Durango lines in the future.
